This website is a fictional set piece created for the comedy show The Experts (Emergent Order Foundation, 2026). It is not affiliated with any real company, campaign, legislation, or person. Bill 420 is not real.
The contact information you submit through this site, however, is real, and we treat it that way. This page describes, accurately, what we collect and what we do with it.
Section 1 — What We Collect
We collect only what you submit through a form on this site:
Memorial guestbook comments are displayed publicly: the screen name and message you enter are shown on that page, and may be removed by a moderator. Your name and email address are never displayed anywhere.
The "sponsor" units on this site are jokes; they track nothing and sell nothing.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers, which see the standard technical details of that request (such as your IP address). Videos load nothing from YouTube until you press play; then they play from YouTube (youtube.com), which may set cookies and store information in your browser, and receive standard technical details under its own privacy policy.

This site sets no tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for two things: remembering that you dismissed the announcement banner, and keeping a copy of any guestbook comment you post so it still appears for you when you return. These values never leave your browser. YouTube may set its own cookies if you play a video (see above).
